(collectively or individually, “You” or “Users”) who visit and use our website, online
platform, and mobile and other auxiliary applications (collectively the “Services”). This
Privacy Notice describes the types of Personal Information we collect and process. This
Privacy Notice also describes the rights and choices you may have with respect to your
Personal Information under applicable law and how you may contact us about our
privacy practices.
By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
This Privacy Notice is incorporated into and is subject to the GetHired Terms of Service.
Your use of the Services and any Personal Information you provide through the
Services are subject at all times to this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Service.

While using the Services, and depending on the particular function, you may provide
us with certain Personal Information about you, such as when you register an account
on the Services, log in to the Services, visit our website, or otherwise use the features of
the Services. If you are an employee of or job applicant to a third party, we also may
process Personal Information on the employer’s behalf. “Personal Information” means
any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

Data on Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) eligibility: such as participation in
the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, participation in the
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) program, veteran status,
rehabilitation status, felony conviction, receipt of Supplemental Security Income
(SSI) benefits.
Profile Data: such as your username and password, orders made by you,
preferences, user- generated content, job searches, candidate searches, job
applications, feedback and survey responses.
Technical Data: such as precise geolocation information, IP address, unique device
or user ID, login data, access dates and times, browser type and version, device
information, cookie data, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and
versions, operating system and platform, version of installed software, system type,

Demographic Data: such as marital status, state of driver’s license issue, type of
driver’s license, license expiration date, gender, ethnicity, race, languages spoken,
tobacco usage, education level.
Education Data: such as high school name and address, college name and address,
number of years of college complete, degrees earned, graduate school name and
address, graduate degrees earned, certifications earned and locations (state of
issuance), issuance date, expiration date.
Employment Data: such as job start/end date, job title, employment type, work
locations, company group, compensation information, supervisor information, pay
types and rates, work hours, base salary, work location and address, EEO job
category, offer letter information, employment history, health plan information, and
governmental work eligibility information.

Financial Data: such as payment card details including: card numbers, security
codes, expiration dates, and billing address. However, please note that payment
methods (e.g., credit card number and/or PayPal and/or bank account details) are
not collected by us directly, but by secure payment service providers.
Identity Data: such as first name, maiden name, last name, other names used, date
of birth, driver’s license number, government-issued identifiers, passport number,
social security number, physical characteristics or description, vehicle license plate
number, social media profile, signature, username or similar identifier.
Marketing and Communications Data: such as your preferences in receiving
marketing from us and our third-parties and your communication preferences, as
well as your communications with us regarding the Services.
Data on WOTC eligibility: such as participation in the TANF program,
participation in the SNAP program, veteran status, rehabilitation status, felony
conviction, receipt of SSI benefits.
Military Service Data: such as branch of military in which you served, military
specialty, discharge type, discharge date.
Payroll Data: such as compensation information and banking information,
including: routing number, account number, account name, account type, bank
name, bank address, deposit percentage, deposit amount, bank documents (such as
voided checks, bank letters).
Profile Data: such as your username and password, orders made by you,
preferences, user- generated content, job searches, candidate searches, job
applications, feedback and survey responses.
Relationship Data: such as emergency contact information, specifically: name,
phone number, relationship. Dependent information such as name, birth dates,
social security numbers, student status, address, disability status.
Tax and Other Data: such as filing status, number of allowances, withholding
amount, dependents, dependents information.
Technical Data: such as precise geolocation information, IP address, unique device
or user ID, login data, access dates and times, browser type and version, device
information, cookie data, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and
versions, operating system and platform, version of installed software, system type,
content and pages accessed on the Services, and other technology on the devices you
use to access the Services.

2. How We Collect Personal Information
We may collect and/or process Personal Information using the following methods:
Directly from you when you provide it to us (such as information you enter into
web forms, inquiries, responses, activity on the Services).
From third parties, such as your employer or potential employer, social media
networks for which you have approved our access to information (e.g., information
from your Facebook account provided by the Facebook APIs, if you choose to permit
GetHired access to such information), service providers, clients of GetHired and
GetHired resellers, and advertisers.
Automatically through tracking technologies (cookies, web beacons, clear gifs, log
files, or other similar technologies), including over time and across third-party
websites and other online services.
Cookies Information: When you access the Services, we may send one or more cookies
– small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer.
GetHired may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie
disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close
your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Services.
GetHired site uses cookies to maintain active user sessions. However, persistent
cookies can be removed. Please review your web browser “Help” file to learn the
proper way to modify your cookie settings.
Response to Do Not Track Signals: Certain web browsers may provide an option by
which you may have the browser inform websites or internet services you visit that you
do not wish to have information (which may or may not contain Personal Information)
about your activities tracked by cookies or other persistent identifiers across time and
across third-party Internet websites, online or cloud computing services, online
applications, or mobile applications. These are commonly called “do not track” signals.
GetHired site requires cookies to maintain active user sessions and therefore GetHired
does not act on Do Not Track requests.

3. How We Use Personal Information
GetHired may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:
(a). Website Visitors Who Are Not Accountholders
Operate, maintain, supervise, administer, and enhance the Services, including
monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of content on the Services, aggregate
usage data, contact you about the Services, and other usage of the Services.
For administrative communications, such as notifying you of Service updates.
Address copyright infringement or defamation issues.
Provide you with a tailored and user-friendly experience as you navigate the
Services.
Promote and market the Services to you.
Conduct research on users’ demographics, interests, preferences, usage, and
behavior based upon information provided during use of our Services.
Anonymize and aggregate information for analytics and reporting.
Respond to law enforcement requests and court orders and legal process.
Carry out our legal and contractual obligations and enforce our rights, including
authenticating use, detecting potential fraudulent use, and otherwise maintaining
the security of the Services and safety of users.
Any other purpose with your consent.
GetHired may use “Automatically Collected” information and “Cookies” information,
alone or in combination with other information we have collected from you, to:
(a) personalize the Services, such as remembering your information so that you will not
have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you access the Services; (b) provide
customized third party advertisements, content, and information, (c) monitor aggregate
site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages accessed; (d) provide such
metrics to Users as they pertain to such User’s content; and (e) track your entries,
submissions, promotions or other activities.
GetHired may use your email address or other Personal Information to send
(a) messages about the Services, such as when you receive communications from
another User; (b) promotional messages related to the Services and the activities of third
parties we work with; and (c) employment related inquiries through the Services on
behalf of other Users from whom you have opted to receive communications.
Generally, you have the ability to unsubscribe from further communications from a

User of the Services, through links provided in the messages sent on behalf of such
User.
(b). Job Application Platforms
Process or maintain Personal Information on behalf of a hiring employer or job
posting website that provided the Personal Information or directed us to collect or
process the Personal Information, and in compliance with the written contract for
services.
Retain and employ another service provider as a subcontractor, where the
subcontractor meets the requirements for a service provider under applicable law.
For internal use by us to build or improve the quality of our Services.
Detect data security incidents or protect against fraudulent or illegal activity.
Comply with federal, state, or local laws, to comply with a civil, criminal, or
regulatory inquiry, investigation, subpoena, or summons by federal, state, or local
authorities, to cooperate with law enforcement agencies concerning conduct or
activity that the business, service provider, or third party reasonably and in good
faith believes may violate federal, state, or local law, or to exercise or defend legal.
(c). Post-Application Employment-Related Platforms (including
Onboarding, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Administration)
Process or maintain Personal Information on behalf of your employer that provided
the Personal Information or directed us to collect the Personal Information, and in
compliance with the written contract for services.

clients of GetHired or a GetHired reseller, distribution partners, vendors, and
service providers, including our data hosting and data storage partners; website
hosting, maintenance, and security service providers; data analytics providers;
technology services and support providers; order fulfillment providers; customer
relationship management providers; and IT infrastructure and support providers.
We also may share Personal Information with professional advisors, such as
auditors, law firms, and accounting firms.
With your direction or consent. We may share your Personal Information with
third parties if you request or direct us to do so. This includes your use of social
media widgets on our Sites.
With affiliates within our corporate group. We may share your Personal
Information with any affiliates within our corporate group.
Compliance with law. We may share your Personal Information to comply with
applicable law and any obligations thereunder, including responding to law
enforcement requests, judicial orders, subpoenas, warrants, and regulatory
inquiries.
To perform contractual obligations. GetHired may disclose certain categories of
Personal Information to third parties in order to perform contractual obligations and
otherwise facilitate providing the Services.
In the context of a transaction. We may share your Personal Information
connection with an asset sale, merger, bankruptcy, change of control, or other
business transaction.
For other business reasons. We may share your Personal Information to enforce
any applicable GetHired Terms of Service; to protect GetHired from fraudulent,
abusive, or unlawful uses; to investigate and defend ourselves against third-party
claims or allegations; to protect the rights, property, safety, security of the Services,
and our Users.

Personal Information you voluntarily choose to include in a communication with other
Users, or to post on the Services, will be available to such Users and other recipients of
the communication.

such Users and other recipients of the communication.
The Services may allow you to participate in certain programs designed to highlight
you as a featured job-seeker and/or your Profile (as that term is defined in the Terms of
Service) as a featured Profile. If you choose to participate in any such program,
GetHired may publish and/or distribute your Profile or any Personal Information in
your Profile to other Users as part of such program. However, you retain the ability to
withdraw your participation from any such program at any time.
When you create or post a resume to the Services or submit a resume through the
Services in response to a Job Posting, that resume is stored in our searchable resume
database in the United States. You may control the status of your resume by setting it to
private or public.
Private. If you set your resume as private, it is not searchable by potential
employers or others with access to our resume database. You may still use your
resume to apply online to a Job Posting. If you do apply online to a Job Posting,

your resume will be transferred to the relevant employer, who may retain a copy
of your resume or distribute it to third parties. We cannot control their use or
retention of your resume information.
Public. If you allow your resume to be searchable without making it confidential,
then all Users with access to our searchable resume database (or copies thereof)
will have access to your resume. If you want your contact information to be
confidential, your resume will be searchable by potential employers, but we will
hide your contact information. You must also remove your contact information
from any resume you post to the Services. If you use a confidential resume to
apply to a job online, the employer to whom you send your resume will be able
to view your contact information in order to contact you about your application.
Employers or other Users with access to our searchable resume database may be located
in countries whose data protection legislation may not be equivalent to the laws in your
country. By making your resume searchable, you are expressly consenting to such
access.
We cannot control the use made of resumes by third parties who access such resumes
while they are in our searchable database.

5. Social Features
Certain features of the Services permit you to initiate interactions between the Services
and third-party services or platforms, such as social networks (“Social Features”).
Social Features include features that allow you to click and access GetHired’s pages on
certain third-party platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn as applicable,
and from there to “like” or “share” our content on those platforms. Use of Social
Features may entail a third party’s collection and/or use of your data. If you use Social
Features or similar third-party services, information you post or otherwise make
accessible may be publicly displayed by the third-party service you are using. Both
GetHired and the third party may have access to information about you and your use of
both the Services and the third-party service.

6. Your Choices, Rights, and Responsibilities
Subject to certain exemptions, and in some cases dependent upon the state and country
of residence of a User and/or the processing activity being undertaken, you may have
certain rights in relation to your Personal Information. These rights may include:
(a). Website Visitors Who Are Not Accountholders
Right to be Informed. You have the right to be provided with clear and easy-to-
understand information about how we use your Personal Information. This is why
we are providing you this Privacy Notice and we may provide other forms of notice,
as appropriate or required by law, in the Services.
Right to Share Information: You may decline to share Personal Information with
GetHired, in which case GetHired will not be able to provide to you some of the
features and functionality found on the Services. You may update or correct your
user information and preferences at any time by accessing your account preferences
page through the Services. Please note that while changes to your account are
reflected promptly in active user databases, we may retain information that we
collect or that you provide for a variety of purposes, including backups and
archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, and analytics. Please note also that once
you have publicly shared information, it may be re-shared by other users, and your
subsequent modification or removal of that information will not necessarily affect
copies already propagated by others.
Right to Request to Know and Access the Personal Information We Collect, Use,
and Disclose. You have the right to request that we disclose to you the following
information: Categories of Personal Information that GetHired has collected about
you, disclosed about you for a business purpose (or sold); categories of sources from
which the Personal Information is collected; categories of third parties with whom
GetHired shares or to whom GetHired sells Personal Information; the business or
commercial purpose for collecting and selling Personal Information; and specific
pieces of Personal Information that GetHired has collected about you. In some
circumstances, you have the right to receive the Personal Information you request
from us in a format that is user-friendly and enables you to transfer it to another
provider. Instructions for submitting a verifiable request are provided below. You
may only make a request for access twice within a 12-month period.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Data. GetHired does not sell your Personal
Information.
Right to Correct, Update, Delete Personal Information: Subject to certain
exceptions, you have the right to ask us to change, correct, or delete Personal
Information. If you choose to ask us to delete and remove your Personal
Information, GetHired may not be able to provide to you some or all of the features

and functionality found on the Services. Please note that we may not always be able
to effectuate your request to delete, and in such circumstances, will notify you as
authorized under applicable law. Instructions for submitting a verifiable request are
provided below.
Right to Opt-out of the Sale of Personal Information. GetHired does not sell your
Personal Information and has not sold your Personal Information in the previous 12
months.
Right to equal service and prices (non-discrimination). You have the right to be
free from discriminatory treatment for exercising certain privacy rights, including
not being: denied goods or services; charged different prices or rates for goods or
services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing
penalties; provided a different level or quality of goods or services; or suggested that
you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or
quality of goods or services.
To protect your privacy and security, and in accordance with applicable law, we will
take reasonable steps to verify your identity before effectuating a particular rights
request. Instructions on request verification are provided below.

7. Our Commitment to Data Security
GetHired uses certain physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to
protect against the risk of accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss,
alteration, access, disclosure, or use. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the security of
information transmitted through the Internet, and where we have given you (or where
you have chosen) a password, you are responsible for keeping the password
confidential, as well as protecting the confidentiality of your account information.
8. Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not
knowingly collect or sell Personal Information from children under 16. If you are under
16, do not use or provide any information on the Services or through any of its features.
If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16

without verification of parental consent, we will delete it. If you are the parent or
guardian of a child under 16 years of age whom you believe might have provided us
with their Personal Information, you may contact us using the below information to
request that it be deleted.
9. International Users
The Services are controlled and operated by us from the United States and are not
intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other
than that of the United States. Any information you provide to us through use of the
Services may be stored and processed, transferred between and accessed from the
United States and other countries that may not guarantee the same level of protection of

11. Verifying a Rights Request
(a). Website Visitors Who Are Not Accountholders
As required under applicable law, we may need to take steps to verify your request
before we can provide Personal Information to you, delete or correct Personal
Information, or otherwise process your request. To verify your request, we may require
you to provide your name, physical address, email address, contact information,
and/or information about your account or previous transactions with us.
We will further verify and respond to your request consistent with applicable law,
taking into account the type and sensitivity of the Personal Information subject to the
request. We may need to request additional Personal Information from you, such as
your date of birth or government identifier, in order to protect against fraudulent
requests.
We will deliver Personal Information that we are required by law to disclose to you in
the manner required by law within 45 days after receipt of a verifiable request, unless
we notify you that we require additional time to respond, in which case we will
respond within such additional period of time required by law. We may deliver the
Personal Information to you electronically or by mail at your option. If electronically,

We are a service provider processing information on behalf of employers and job
posting websites. If we receive a request to know, access, correct, or delete Personal
Information, we will refer the request to the hiring employer and/or posting website for
further action and consideration.
(c). Post-Application Employment-Related Platforms (including
Onboarding, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Administration)
We are a service provider processing information on employers’ behalf. If we receive a
request to know, access, correct, or delete Personal Information, we will refer the
request to your employer for further action and consideration.
